In connection with the 75th Republic Day, the National Service Scheme Unit of Gregorian College of Advanced Studies organised a Flag Hoisting Ceremony and Campus Clean-Drive programme on 26th January at Campus at 9.00 am.  The National flag was hoisted by Dr. R Gopakumar (Principal, GCAS). Following the ceremony, the NSS members actively took part in the cleaning campaign and collected scrap materials from different parts of the Campus. The scrap was then sorted into garbage bags for disposal and recycling. 

 

The programme concluded at 11.30 am, following which refreshments were provided to the volunteers. Mr Sabarinath S (NSS Programme Officer), Mr Jishnu S Nair (College Union Chairman) and NSS Volunteers marked their presence at the event.
