The Sixth Semester B.Com students of GCAS made a impressive showing in the Tally Commerce Aptitude Test, conducted online by G-Tech Computer Education on February 11, 2025. The test, designed to assess the students commerce aptitude skills, saw Anuganga S A from S6 B2 emerge as the top scorer with an impressive 96.67%. Afishek S R, also from S6 B2, secured the second position with a score of 93.33%. Ann Tresa Thomas from S6 B1 and Revathy P R from the same class took the third and fourth positions respectively, with scores of 86.67% and 83.33%. All students who successfully cleared the test were awarded Participation Certificates from Tally Education. The top four winners received gifts and certificates in a prize distribution ceremony. The impressive performance of GCAS students in the Tally Commerce Aptitude Test is a testament to their hard work and dedication to academic excellence.

Naishana Rafeek of S6 Psychology (GCAS) has brought immense pride to our Institution by achieving a commendable Third prize in the 19th Senior Woodball National Championship (affiliated to All India University) which took place in Maharashtra, Nagpur from 22nd to 26th March 2025.

Wushu Warriors of Gregorian College of Advanced Studies: A Tale of Triumph. The outstanding performance of the Sportspersons of our College at the Kerala University Intercollegiate Wushu Championship held at Sreepadam Indoor Stadium, Attingal, on 18 & 19 January 2025. Around 250 students from 38 Colleges under the University of Kerala participated in the Championship. Highlights : Historic Achievement: Our College exhibited a remarkable feat by securing 4 Gold Medals, 2 Silver Medals and 3 Bronze Medals in Individual Events. Womens Category: Our College showcased exceptional womens participation, resulting in an impressive overall Second Place in the Womens Category. List of the Medal Winners in Individual Events: Anugraha( S5 Psy) and Hanna Annie John( S5 Com.) secured 2 Gold Medals each. Aparna ( S5 Com) and Karthika ( S5 Psy) bagged 1 Silver Medal and 1 Bronze Medal each. Karthik( S5 Eco.)secured 1 Bronze Medal. The presence of Dr R. Gopakumar, our Principal and the guidance of Mr Arun Viswanath, Asst. Prof., Dept of Physical Education, served as a significant source of motivation and encouragement for our skilled participants, who demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication throughout the Competition. Overall, the performance of GCAS at the Championship was outstanding. The Colleges dedication to fostering athletic excellence and the hard work of the participants, coupled with the unwavering support of the College Administration, especially that of Rev. Fr. Joseph Chacko, contributed to our resounding success. The 33rd Kerala State Senior (Men and Women) Wushu Championship 2024, held on September 3-4 at V.K. Krishna Menon Indoor Stadium, Kozhikode, saw an exceptional performance from the Gregorian College students. Hanna Ani Johnson of S5 B.Com clinched the Gold Medal (Nangun), while Aparna A.R of S5 B.com secured the Silver Medal ( Quanshu). Their outstanding performance has added a prestigious feather to the Gregorian Colleges cap, making this achievement a remarkable milestone for the institution.
