Students of Gregorian College of Advanced Studies achieved notable success at the Kerala University Intercollegiate Wushu Championship 2026. The championship was held on 26 February 2026 at Sree Padham Indoor Stadium. Representing the college, Alen Benoy of S4 Psychology won one Gold Medal and one Silver Medal, while Anamika Joshi of S4 Psychology secured two Silver Medals in their respective categories. This remarkable achievement has brought great pride to the institution. Congratulations to both students on their excellent performance, and best wishes for continued success in the coming competitions.

NSS Volunteers selected for AAPDA MITRA : Disaster Management Training Programm

In observance of the 77th Republic Day, the National Service Scheme Unit of Gregorian College of Advanced Studies organised a Flag Hoisting Ceremony. on 26th January at the College Campus at 9.30 am. The celebrations commenced with the hoisting of the National flag by Rev. Fr. Abraham Thomas (Administrator, GCAS). Following the ceremony, the NSS members organised a Beach Cleaning Drive at St. Andrews Beach, Menamkulam. The Drive was inaugurated by Mr. Raphel Alby (Ward Member, St. Andrews) and a Team of 17 NSS volunteers started an extensive Cleaning Drive, collected plastic, glass, and paper waste, carefully assorted them in garbage bags, and handed them to the ‘Harithakarmasena’ for recycling. The Drive concluded at 11.30 am and was followed by a refreshing ‘Snack and Tea’ session.
