The 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas was commemorated at Kariappa Auditorium ,from 2 pm to 4 pm on July 25, 2024. The event honoured the bravery and sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces during the Kargil War. Six Cadets from GCAS participated: Abhiram B M, Atul Dev R, Adarsh S and Anilan S S from the Department of Commerce; Tom C Jinu from the Department of Economics; and Parthiv S B from the Department of English. The programme included a Film Show and a tribute to the fallen heroes. The event highlighted the significance of Kargil Vijay Diwas in remembering and appreciating the courage of the soldiers.
