In connection with the 78th Independence Day Celebrations, the National Service Scheme Unit of Gregorian College of Advanced Studies organised an ‘Anti-Drug Oath-taking Ceremony’ at the Campus on 12th August 2024 at 10.00 am. It was organised as per the directive received from the Department of Social Justice, Govt of Kerala as a part of the nationwide ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan’. Dr. Sheela Irin Jayanthi, Principal-in-Charge, dictated the oath to the students and Rev. Father Joseph Chacko (College Administrator) delivered the Felicitation. Dr. Binu Johnson (HoD, English), Ms. Caroline Thomas (HoD, Commerce), Ms. Usharani (HoD, Economics), Ms. Gayathri Venu Jaya (HoD, Psychology), Mr. Sabarinath S (NSS Programme Officer), Ms. Shari S (Asst. NSS Programme Officer), Mr. Arun Vishwanadh (HoD, Physical Education), Faculty members and students of the respective Departments marked their presence at the event. The ceremony ended at 10.20 am.
