The Entrepreneurship Development Club of GCAS organized a Food Fest " Food Carnival " as part of National Food Day at the Old Library Hall. This Programme aimed to provide the students with an opportunity to showcase their culinary skills in preparing homely food and make them aware of the importance of providing quality food to others. The Fest was inaugurated by our College principal Dr. R Gopakumar. 30 students participated in this Food Fest. They prepared homely food items and sold their food items at reasonable rate. The students used innovative ideas to create the ambience and atmosphere and they designed posters and quotes related to food for attracting customers to their products. Our students got an opportunity to commercialise their ideas and provide a variety of food products to their customers in the whole college.
