The Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) was held at Pangode Military Camp from December 15 to 25, 2024. A contingent of 18 Cadets from our College, comprising 11 girls and 7 boys, actively participated in this 10-day Camp. The Cadets engaged in a variety of activities aimed at developing their physical fitness and mental resilience, including sports, drills, shooting, and other team-based games. A notable highlight was the performance of our S3 Commerce students in the badminton competition.Aanie R Stuvert and Krishna S S secured first place with excellent teamwork, while Athul Dev R achieved second place through his hard work and determination. The girls in the contingent also delivered a lively dance performance during the cultural evening, adding to the Camps vibrancy. The Cadets also participated in educational visits to the Battalion, ISRO, and Asha Bhavan, gaining valuable insights into diverse domains. The CATC served as an excellent platform for fostering essential life skills such as personal growth, discipline, and leadership. The experiences and lessons learned during the Camp will undoubtedly contribute to the Cadets future academic and professional endeavours.
