77th Independence Day The NSS and NCC Units of GCAS jointly celebrated the 77th Independence Day at the Campus. The National Flag was hoisted by our Principal Dr. R Gopakumar, following a march past by the NCC cadets. Mr. Arun Viswanadh (NCC Programme Officer), Mrs. Navami B (NCC Caretaker), Mr. Sabarinath S, (NSS Programme Officer) and Ms. Shari, (Assistant Programme Officer) and Ms. Darshana (Asst. Professor of Commerce) were present at the function. Shortly thereafter, the NSS volunteers organized Arivinay oru Kaiththang , an initiative to provide learning materials to the children of Holy Trinity Balabhavan, Alathara. After distributing drawing kits and snacks to the students, our volunteers conducted a drawing competition on the theme, Nature and awarded prizes to the first three winners.
